A portrait session

A few weeks ago I got the absolute pleasure of meeting Emma at the One Girl Band space, she was spending the day taking portraits of 13 women who run their own businesses. Emma donated all the money she made from the day to the charity Awamu, who are working with women in the Kampala slums to achieve a better life for vulnerable children. I was lucky enough to bag myself a slot to have some pictures taken.

I really don’t enjoy having my picture taken but Emma made me feel so relaxed and I actually ended up enjoying it. I also love the pictures! Thanks Emma! xx
