Punch Needlework for Beginners at the Knitting & Stitching show 2020

Im so excited to say that I will be teaching an online Punch Needle class at this years Knitting & Stitching show 2020.

Punch needle is a type of embroidery using a hollow needle, you use this needle to punch through the fabric to create loops. It creates an effect similar to a hooked rug which makes an interesting design and texture. I will teach you how to use the punch needle and create this beautiful botanical hoop art.

The class will cover how to stretch your fabric and transfer the design, how to combine different yarns so you can create different effects and textures and how to finish off.
